BrilliantConnect allows you to quickly and easily use web services without learning APIs, curl commands, or dealing with authentication flows. Some basic JSON knowledge is required to send and receive requests, but far less than the most basic web services APIs.

We want you to be satisfied with your BrilliantConnect purchase and will do everything we can to solve your problem and avoid the need for a refund.

If you're uncertain if BrilliantConnect is right for you, we recommend using the free Starter option to get familiar with how fmFlare works, then, once you love it, you can upgrade to a monthly or annual subscription. An annual subscription gives you a cost savings over a monthly subscription.

We do understand, however, that sometimes refunds are necessary. Read our refund policy for more information.

BrilliantConnect Starter has no expiration date.

Subscriptions to BrilliantConnect Pro can be purchased either monthly or annually. There is a cost savings when purchased annually.

BrilliantConnect Elite subscription pricing varies by situation.

BrilliantConnect Starter is a lifetime (of the product) license. Use of BrilliantConnect Starter does require a license key.

BrilliantConnect Pro and Elite are monthly or annual subscriptions that auto renew.

If cancelled, BrilliantConnect will stop working after license expiration. To avoid unintended auto renewal issues, be sure to keep your payment information updated.

You can extend your license and update your payment information at any point in Your Account.

License renewal reminder emails will be sent 2 weeks before renewal, however we recommend you set a calendar reminder.

BrilliantConnect is stateless, meaning you can simply swap out the BrilliantConnect file with a new version without losing any data. BrilliantConnect auto registers itself when provided a valid license key (.e.g when starting a new session, or manually entering the key in the fmFlare file itself).

Opt-in auto updates are planned for a future release.

Future releases will include additional services and functions plus improvements and compatibility updates to existing services/functions. Customers with an active license receive access to all services/functions in the license tier.
